Service is one of our main focuses and we will have a chat with the team and show them this review so that hopefully in the future this can be prevented. If possible could you please tell us which day you visited Pho and had this experience?
It would also be interesting for us to know what you ordered so that we can understand what happened and why you thought it was dull. Perhaps it is just down to different tastes but if it was an issue with the kitchen then we’d like to know why you thought it was different from other times.

Urbanite Hi Stephen and thanks for the response. The most recent visit was with a friend last Friday at lunch time (pretty busy).
In the past I've gone for a few different noodle dishes which I found quite bland in their stock so this time I went for the fried noodles with chicken and prawn. I quite like the fresh display of bits to add to the Pho, so would be nice to have similar for this; maybe a little side plate with nuts, a wedge or two of lime and some dried/freshed chopped chillis. But for me the depth of flavour in many of the dishes did not come through - whether it's just a case of me being used to other flavours and this is just 'different', I can't say.
