We offer Dynamic Meditation as a 7 day beginners & practice course!
Participants attend 7 sessions on 7 consecutive days. Osho Dynamic Meditation is a morning meditation, that prepares body and spirit so that the day can be lived in a quality of relaxed awareness.
Dynamic Meditation lasts 60 minutes. Although you will be doing this meditation as part of a group, the meditation remains an individual experience. In a one hour process spirit, body and emotions are unburdened in five simple steps, centering your bio energies. Afterwards you enter your day with awareness and vitality.
In this 7 day course you can learn this effective & revolutionary meditation technique under the supervision of experienced meditation facilitators. Stress and tension are eliminated and consciousness creates a new direction in life. When practiced totally this method can transform your life.

Full instructions will be given 10 minutes before the start of the meditation. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the meditation so that the class can begin exactly on time :)

Wear warm, loose, comfortable clothes (what you’d wear to a yoga class or to the gym).
