Ok heres a quick, tasty and CHEAP snack!!
Tesco value pitta breads, smother in tomato ketchup, cut up one spring onion and some sweetcorn, some chopped up value ham or chicken and then cover either with grated cheese or a dairylea triangle and stick under the grill for 5 mins!! freaking delicious!!!

1/ put a chicken in a roasting tin gas mark 5
2/ peel potatoes, carrots, sweeds, onion, peppers and any other root veg I quite like sweet potatoes. Make the veg about the size of chips. Add a couple of cloves of garlic. (cloves not bulbs) Put it all in a roasting tin. Add a pinch of salt,and some herbs (anything you like the tase of)
3/ add a small amout of cooking oil so that the veg roast.
4/Put the chicken in the oven for 2-3 hours depending on the size.
5/ put the veg in the oven about half way through the chickens cooking time and stir it now and again to stop it burning.
6/ Once its all cooked add a little single cream to the veg to bring the flavours together and serve.

Ok, here’s a quick and tasty snack
1 pkt crisps
2 slices of bread
Butter
Method
Butter bread
Open crisps
Place on 1 slice of bread
Place other slice of bread on top.
Eat

simple-Boil the kettle and add boiling water to a tasty Pot Noodle what could be easier?
