Everyone loves a good pub quiz but sometimes a good pub quiz is hard to find. Let us know what your favourites are (and link to the Qype reviews of the venue obviously) and hopefully we can build up some good recommendations for every day of the week and every quizzy persuasion (music, movies, general knowledge etc).

Pretty good, although there’s not a lot of space in the upstairs room so you should probably get there earlyish.

The Nobody Inn in Newington Green does a decent quiz on a Sunday. Doesn’t get too busy and not the most taxing questions, but not bad all the same…

Is Vauxhall in zone 1? There’s that place that…er… I’ve no I remember - The Fentiman. It’s pretty hard though!

Yup. Fentiman Arms on a Tuesday night is decent. There’s always the Coach & Horses in Clapham too :)

I really need to do a review but before going through there, and talking zone two, there were two pub quizzes we used to requent Shepherd’s Bush area and want to know if anyone can verfiy they’re still around?
One was at the Eagle - Wednesday nights if I recall, tough questions sometimes but good fun. The other was The Goldhawk, Sundays, which got piss-easy but worked on a Bingo idea for winning which was different and annoying :)

The one at the Alwyne on St Pauls Road isn’t bad. Tuesday nights, I think.

The one at The Wheatsheaf near Parsons Green is good on a Thursday evening.
Anyone know if they still do one at The Oxford Arms in Camden?

I’ve got English Literature and football mid-eighties to present more or less accounted for. Possibly music, as long as it wasn’t written in the last 10 years.
