it was grim! Lasagne was really horrid NO tomato in the sauce at all and home made chips were raw inside - Owners ignored me - bread and butter pudding (was told it was home made) was awful.

Rene - thanks for a really good follow up session a fortnight ago! I thought the workshop rocked, and the follow up did not disappoint either!
For others wanting to get into promoting their business in this way - and I would say nowadays it is crucial - Rene (despite knowing all the geeky stiff) will leave you with the right amount of information, delivered on your level - and even in the 2 weeks since I spoke with you I have seen a difference!! More More More!!!

I have been going to Copperfields for…. ever! I would never consider going anywhere else - the place is well managed by Derek Irvine the Owner and the stylists (without fail) are fantastic. Nicola and Corinne are my favourites. The juniors are well trained and the salon is bright, modern and spacious. I adore going there as it is my wee haven for the 2 hours it takes to have my hair done!
I woudl not hesitate recommeding Copperfields.

Food Lovely, but the member of staff I encountered was awful to the point of rudeness! Please train this person on customer care or she is going to ruin your business!

Also the procedure to process orders is too lengthy, you need to rethink this.

But again your food is lovely!

Stayed here with my daughter for 3 nights. Our room was nice and spacious and nicely decorated, but bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the restaurant were lovely but would beneift from more training (or some training anyway!) I was disappointed not to be asked if I enjoyed my stay when I checked out. The Cold Buffet at breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs were awful! Overall I would stay here again, but I just thought everyone needed more training and there were some easy opportunities missed.

I like it here - location, price and food - but the staff always seem miserable!
