Paymentsense sales staff are paid on commission and the more they get you to pay , the more they earn.
The % rate you pay is decided by salesperson who will initially offer you the higher rate, and if you don't bite at this they will then offer you a lower rate.
Also beware of the cancellation charges you have with your existing card processor. Paymentsense staff sometimes forget to tell you that you may have to pay a penalty to escape your existing contract
