We stayed here for the Royal Wedding as it's close to my brother-in-law. We found the whole stay wonderful and faultless and immediately booked for a week next month. The location by the mill pond and river is lovely and we couldn't believe how close it was to Harpenden and the train station into London at such a reasonable price. The rooms are fresh and clean with wonderful little touches that set them apart. Thoroughly recommended.

The Bell is a traditional pub with a good selection of food and a welcoming atmosphere. They have a good range of beers and gave me some tasters when I couldn't choose.

I have started using Starbucks one day a week, and must say the staff are very welcoming and chatty. It sometimes gets a bit crowded but is definitely the to go place for coffee in Chippenham.

Very good food for a good price. Pleasant service and a lovely atmosphere. Relaxed and unrushed.
