Wow, a great way to spend a few hours.
Simply pick your ceramic, grab your paint and create a masterpiece.
The place is even better now they have moved to a much larger premises(behind the old Woolworths) located in West Street.
Friendly staff, good range of refreshments,need I say more.

Awesome food, great prices, service with a smile

A great chipper with a great range of food for everyone, it is also licenced so you can get a cold one with your meal.
Great staff, freshly cooked food, it can get very busy but it is worth the wait.

Having recently stumbled upon this place I was a bit apprehensive on what to expect.
Well it is a very clean pub with a good range of alcoholic beverages and a good range of soft drinks aswell, the menu is a very uncomplicated affair with offers on all year round.
A very nice Pub with friendly staff, well worth a visit.

Well I used to frequent this place on a regular basis, but after a while I got fed up with the staff who hardly ever speak and the prices went sky high recently.
It was a nice little cafe but now if the idea on paying around £6/7 for a breakfast is your idea of fun, carry on.

This used to be the # 1 live music venue in the bay, and it is now #1 venue for eating.
It is advisable to book for Sunday and there is a large menu to cater for eveyones needs, highly recommended.

I have heard that this is a fine restaurant and on first impressions it certainly ticks all the boxes, well worth having a look at.

The Palace has undergone a major refurb, I am hoping now that we can get some big names thru the door

It is not known exactly when Kirkham House was built, although the design suggests that it is of 14th or 15th century origin. It has been called “The Priest’s House”, suggesting a link with the church, but it may have been built as the residence of a prosperous local tradesman. The ground floor of the house contains a dining room and a large vaulted hall that would have been used for entertaining guests, while the first floor contains a gallery and three bedchambers. The kitchen was an outbuilding that exists today only as a few ruined walls, and there is a small garden adjacent to the house.

Mrs Ada Frances Jennings bequeathed the house to the nation in 1960, together with a sum of money for its repair. The stone and plasterwork have been extensively renovated, although many of the original oak beams and carvings can still be seen.
