I found the staff disinterested and unhelpful. We had planned on buying a Mountain Buggy Swift with carrycot and buggy board but their unwillingness to bring the Swift carrycot out from the back of the shop so we could see it and have a demo had us walking out of the shop. We’d driven an hour to get there so were disappointed to walk away empty handed – but I really didn’t want to hand my money over to company with such poor customer service. There were lots of staff on duty but no one took ownership for seeing to us. After dealing with 3 different members of staff who would answer our queries and then walk away(!) rather than see to us (and it wasn’t busy) we left.
