i used them 2 years ago. they told me all along someone has matched the offer. then at the end they say its a closed bid. as i offered more i got the property. i wonder is there a way i am able yto look at the other offers? funny though how someone else i know it happened to his daughter.

years ago my parents had a house to sell and went thru them. they told my parents the offer was too low. then when they revalued they told us the original price was too high??????????

a mr. lakey i think came out revalued when i was there and told us there is damp around the rear door. when i told him it wasnt damp he questioned my knowledge. i told him i was studying at the time either onc or hnc in building studies. he looked again at the damp and told yes you might be right.

i would not use them again. if i found a property and they were the agents i would tell the seller that either we go private or i would not buy.
