Tatties has been going for years in Cambridge. Its a great home-cooked care/restaurant to go to. Very reasonable and usually very busy based on Trinity Street. Lovely jacket supds with every kind of filling you can imagine. Take a look one day and order a spud!

Quirky post office in Trinity Street - great for tourists as they do a large number of Cambridge goodies for sale. Often extremely busy (the post office) they do not offer vehicle tax though. But its great for odd letters and paying bills.

Great atmosphere at the weekends, although it used to get extremely busy. Normal Cambridge prices for drink - but worth poppin in if you are in Cambridge. Very large inside and toilets are located on the second floor.

Food at lunchtimes is really nice, they were doing an offer on Mondays for lunch.

Great place to grab a coffee or some food. All home cooked food, very reasonably, although it does get extremely busy. Yu have to be pretty good on your feet to actually get down to the cafe. You have to negotiate a large flight of stairs. The food is tip top!

Great for all sorts of complimentary health treatments - Reiki, acupuncture, aromatherapy, you name it, they offer it. I went there for some Reiki sessions a while ago, sorted me out, very relaxing. Reasonably priced. Herbal alternatives, when I suffered ME I went there, and it helped tremendously. It’s located next to MacDonalds in Rose Crescent and you go up a flight of stairs and then to the Reception, the receptionist will be happy to offer guidance and advise too.

Great organic food shop - if you are looking for any ingrediants which is healthy or organic, this the place to go! Although parking is a problem, but you can park in the town and walk down, really worth a browse and go on try something different. Very quirky shop - take your own bag and the staff are really helpful! They also offer alternative treatments there too!

Great day out - especially for a birthday. Pop to a shop and get some pic-nic goodies and drink, pick up a punt from The Granta after having met for a drink, pay a deposit and jump in and punt all the way down to Grantchester - if the weather is lovely you’ll find it great fun. Takes a good few hours to Granchester so make sure you have more than one person who can punt!

Cambridge Tyres obviously specialises in tyres, but you can book your car or van in for an MOT here too. Its local to Cambridge and very reasonably priced with a great friendly service - ask for Matt who is the Manager of the garage.

Maicures and pedicures. Reasonably priced and a lovely result. I’ve been going here for years now. Its a very small place, next to Chilli’s but lovely, friendly and I’ve always had comments on how lovely my nails look. Especially worth a visit coming up to the festive season! Very busy though, so ring and make that appointment.

This Salon is great - the atmosphere is friendly and warm, great decor and resonably priced. They have a beauticians as well as hairdressing. Take a look. Parking nearby at the Grafton Centre.
