Interested in Scuba Diving? This is THE place to go. From novices to experienced divers. Mick and Pam will help you from suggesting the courses you should take to selecting the equipment you need. They are very knowledgable and friendly.
The shop carries a wide range of stock and they will help match your requirements with your budget. They will refill your tanks, service your equipment and run trips to Egypt, Malta, Stoney Cove. Need a buddy? pop in and put your name on the board.
The courses they offer are very well run and their enthusiasum for the sport shows through at every level. Mick takes the time to ensure that even the most nervous of beginners are comfortable with each stage before moving on.
There is a small car park at the back of the shop.

The vets are knowledgable and a calming influence on even the most agitated of animals. My dog who hates vets is very placid with the vet here. The place is very clean and sterile with a small waiting room for us humans and our owners. I have seen a wide variety of animals including snakes & tortoises along with birds cats & dogs.
The staff are friendly and make a fuss of all the animals. They are caring and considerate with animals and humans alike, realising that the family members worry when there is something wrong with their pet.
The vets has no parking of its own but there is parking nearby on the square.

This is one on my favoirite Indian resturants in Rushden.
There is car parking to the rear of the resturant in Duck street car park.
The food is fantastic. The curries are delicatly spiced and very tasty. The menu is large and the also have a number of tasty vegetarian dishes. The food is served hot and arrives at your table without too long a wait. The staff are very freindly and efficient.
It is a fairly small intimate resturant although they do have further seating upstairs if it gets really busy.
They have a 2 for £10 curry night on Wednesday. They also do a take-away and a delivery service

Fantastic old fashioned Tailors, just like they should be. Nothing is too much trouble. A polite, helpful and friendly service run by a father and son. The prices are very reasonable but the service is second to none, why venture to the faceless high street stores when you could go here?
We hire suits for black tie events from here, measurements are always taken and they have a large choice of suits, cufflinks etc - in fact they can supply all you need for that special event.
The shop is small and intimate and the parking is on the street outside the shop or across the road in the old Budgens car park.
Thresher Wine Shop - Rushden
142-144 Wellingborough Road, Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 9ST
17.01.2009
Threshers wine shop is situated on the busy Wellingborough Road, so the parking is limited to a few bays or the side streets.
The shop is packed with wines from all around the globe, and there are always offers on like 3 for £10, they also stock a range of beers and lagers as well as spirts and cigarettes.
The staff are knowledgable and will always help with recommendations and they sometime have wine tasting. There are bottles of the most popular wines in the fridge as well which is handy for those “emergency” booze trips.

I used this solicitors to do the conveyancing when i moved. They proved to be very thorough and efficient. The staff were all very professional and all the questions i raised were answered quickly and efficiently and they made sure that i was kept up-to-date and informed at all stages. They took the time to make sure i understood what was going on. The fees were very reasonable and all reports were produced in a timely manner. They explained the fee structure before i signed with them and they kept to it.
I was very impressed by the whole process and would recommend them.
Harborough Field Pharmacy - Rushden

A sterile looking pharmacy, in a large light airy unit off the doctors surgery. The pharmaists are knowledgeable and friendly and will help with any problems you may have. If they think you need to see a doctor they will tell you. The service was excellent and i never have to wait long for them to fulfil my perscription.

If you need a frame this is the place to go, they have frames to suit everybodys taste and budget. Helpful knowledgeable staff are on hand if you have any questions. They also sell a wide range of autographed prints and photos from the soccer, film and TV worlds.
The autographs come with certificates of authenticity.
They have some lovely prints, photos and paintings to suit all tastes. From the modern to the traditional.
Iceland Foods - Rushden
Eaton Walk, Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 9SH

Conviniently situated next to a free car park, some bargains but never any interested staff around if you have a question. They very rarely open another till even if the queue is very long. Management seem very uninterested. You can arrange to have your groceries delivered to your home that day.
Eat N Enjoy - Rushden
Eaton Walk, Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 9SH

Eat N Enjoy is a small cafe serving wholesome home-made food that isn’t your usual burger & chips. They do a lovely cauliflower cheese and apple-pie and custard. The price isn’t particually cheap but the food is good quality and very tasty. They serve a range of hot & cold drinks and have a kids menu as well.
The staff are all friendly and welcoming and the cafe is very clean and the tables are usually cleared and wiped down as soon as they are vacated.
There is seating outside so during the summer it is lovely to sit there and watch the world go by whilst having a coffee and home-made cake.
