lovely pizza's (when they have the ingredients you require) some of the older female staff are quite dizzy, the male staff are very helpful.  The only downside is when you ring to order they never pick up so have to go elsewhere sometimes.  Seems like they cant multi task!!

Went to this hotel August 2010, the location is good, just few minutes from the local shops, restaurants, bars and about 15 minutes from the beach ( with a very steep hill coming back up), but not in the heart of the night life which is what I wanted for me and my 13 year old daughter.  The apartments themselves have different blocks, we were first put in block F which is right above the motorway, we asked to move but had to sleep there for one night which was murder due to the traffic.   Also no "Air Con" which is a must for me, especially in August so had to sleep with window open, so the traffic was even worse!! Eventually moved the next morning and hired an Air Conditioner from a local supplier for £55 for the week, well worth the cost but disappointed the hotel did not have Air Con (something I look for since)  We were moved to Block B which was right outside the pool, opened your front door and the pool was right there which was great. 
Entertainment was great due to Kirk who made us all smile and feel special, he had us laughing every night, I think if it were not for him the entertainment would of been poor!!
The food was rubbish for All Inc, but we were there the first year it was made All Inc and they were still having teething problems.  So it may be better now!! 
Sadly would not go back to this hotel but would go back to Adeje in Tenerife.

Lovely clean hotel, reception really big with quality service when you first book in, no waiting around after your flight, wrist band on, photo taken for your all inclusive service.  Restaurant nice and clean also, food lovely, does get a little busy at meal times but that is what you expect on an all inclusive holiday.  Entertainment good, kids disco, bingo on every night till 10pm, then karoke till 12 midnight.  Outside acts also on some nights. 

My only two faults about this hotel is the shade around the pool, you have to get a sunbed on the opposite side of the hotel otherwise you have to wait for the sun to come round.

The only other fault is the walls are extremely thin, so thin you can even hear your next door neighbour go to the toilet!!

All in all a great hotel.

Nice pizza's but prices are pretty expensive!!  Can get just as nice from Stagioni or Ritz Fish Shop with a lot less money

Lovely food, 8 course banquet really good value for money, excellent service, wait no more than half hour for delivery.  Recommend!!
