No. Just no. They will take ages to get back to you about anything. Repairs take more like a month to two months.The "repairs" we have had so far involve duct tape or them hoping we'll forget to pursue repair. They just don't care and it shows. The wonk I'm dealing with says the fault is the owner's but ultimately my experience is with the letting agent, not the owner. If the owner does not get back then the agents must act. It's clear that they intend to do the bare minimum. Do not rent with them. Don't rent with a letting agency full stop if you can possibly avoid it. And yes, I plan to pursue a complaint.

Warm and welcoming refurb of an ancient Borders pub. Nice beer and the soup was lovely. Live music venue with a recording studio and venue hire. I believe the hotel facility will be reopening soon as well. Lovely views of the surrounding valley and the place is family friendly.

The things in the front window looked enchanting. My two girls were dying to find out what they tasted like. It was very busy on Sunday afternoon in the run up to Christmas but we patiently waited 10 minutes for a table. We were seated and then left to languish while wait staff stood milling around at the front of the cafe. Staff walked past us many times but never asked us if we would like to order. The children grew antsy and after 15 minutes at the table, plus the 10 waiting for a table, we just left. The kids were sad but we had much better service at The Elephant House in George The IVth Bridge. I would like to say the pastries are worth it but we will probably never know. Poor.

The best. Always punctual. Always professional. Highly recommend. The app is nice but does not always work so I just call them. Put the number in your phone and you're sorted.

Truly excellent food. Great service. An institution. 

Attentive and precise which are two things you want with short hair like mine. I liked the stylist's ideas for colouring my hair as well. Beautiful salon space. Will return.

Warm and welcoming, mostly male gay pub. Great selection of beers. Not tried the food but great selection of that on offer as well. Pretty laid-back and not too much of scene. Decor is interesting.

Definitely old man territory but it’s comfy and the staff are friendly. Good prices. Tends to welcome away supporters during Hibs matches at Easter Road so avoid it during those moments as they can get a little stroppy. Currently undergoing some sort of major interior overhaul so watch this space.
