Fired Earth Bastide kitchen is beautiful, we installed one last year after knocking two rooms into one, we spent alot of money on furniture and tiles.

Service on the other hands is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.

From tiling measurements wrong, phone calls not returned, refund of a wrong cupboard taking months to be given despite lots of chasing, tilers time wasted & promised compensation never materialising despite several texts, emails & phone calls. Also wrong information given on style of island they could make and have never offered to correct this problem on the island that was delivered.

I gave up eventually with our original contact and went to customer services last September which were no better despite the initial apologies and promise of a better service.

Sixteen months later and issues still not resolved.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
