I was waiting for someone this morning, she was rude to me, a couple of reps entered the area who (claimed) to have an appointment. Tacky self service Chinese restaurant, used once, won't use again

A wonderful store, however, I purchased a new en suite from here, the nightmare begins. They did tell us it would take up to 2 weeks to fit, what they didn't tell us that the fitter would only work 4-5 hours a day. On completion, the radiator didn't work, the taps were loose on the sink and our old shower (which the electrician had tested) did not work. The shower had not even had the water turned back on to it and the radiator had not even been checked. The following visit saw the radiator repaired, but the fitter did not have the right tools to tighten the tap. so another visit was made to tighten the tap. A third visit was made by a different electrician to look at the shower, and hey presto tomorrow, and 4 weeks after they started I should be able to use my new en suite.

The staff at the installation department, which is not based in Burton seldom get back to you when they say they will, you have to do all the chasing, and they never seem to remember what you are chasing. I will NEVER use B & Q for any form of fitting service again, for the service they offer it is overpriced. I had a whole bathroom fitted by another company which took half the time

Ordered a water feature, DHL driver signed for it himself and left it, I put it in the garage, opened it two weeks later to find part of it smashed. Water features 2 go would not accept any responsibility as we had had it 2 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered and paid for the new part and guess what? It arrived damaged.

Expensive, food to die for, would not use it regularly, but fantastic for that very special occasion. Waiters dressed in traditional Indian costume adds to the occasion

I can’t add anything to the already detailed review, however, there is a belief that to this day the crater is silent, and no birds enter it. The last timeI visited the crater or should I say trespassed), about three years ago, the crater was eerily silent

Since The manager has been made redundant (have you ever heard of any establishment running with out a manager). This fantastic littlle community centre has already started to go down hill. Which is a real shame as it is the main community meeting area and cafe in the locality. Currently 3 Stars would have given it 4.

Not a sour grapes report as I have no involvement, just a noticable decline in moral, staff availability for bookings and cleanliness.

I agree with huntriss100, the staff are bone idle and miserable. Yesterday I wanted a cup of coffee, I was the only on in the queue and it took 5 mins for someone to come and take my money. One star is far to good a rating.
