Bought a samsung TV and a Sanus wall mount.Sales guy very good.
BUT, on getting home found the bolts provided in the sanus pack were the wrong ones. They were too small.
No phone number for the store in Aintree so had to use the call centre number on the receipt (you know what's coming now-a bit like BT of a government agency ). This was done at 15.45 on the 21st March 2011.

An extremely unhelpful idiot called Stuart came on the phone and suggested I go back to the store and get the right bolts, as if I couldn't work that one out.
The problem is, STUART, I have just done a round trip of 60 miles and I dont want to go back to the store and find they haven't got the bolts !!!
Has the store not got a phone ! No, I can't give you the number.
Well, Stuart, you have just undone all the good work done by the nice people in the store.
Next time I will go elsewhere.
