You don’t get this kind of quality anywhere: Filtered Water is used for cooking, drinking etc, only organic ingredients, and fresh and tasting food, try the home made cakes !!!!!!! the place is nice and has charme, the staff are very friendly, and you can buy “Rheinisches Schwarzbrot”, a kind of Pumpernickel from Cologne, probably better than any you have tasted before.
In this day and age when you are fed the cheapest ingredients in your fare, to maximize the profit of the owner, this is the antidote to all consumer nightmares. Quality is what you get.
