Complete assholes. Booked a van to move a washing machine. Call on the same day to confirm the time. I can’t find my booking number. Woman on telephone says, no booking number no car. I try explain that I have to move the machine. She claimes there is no booking at all. When I tell her if I search through my papers and find the number she will have come through with the booking she hangs up. I call back ask for her superior and she tell “go somewhere else, I don’t have one”.
