Top venue. Great bands and comedy. Friendly staff. A gem. Onyl downside is queing for a fag/smirt on the pavement (one-in-one-out).

Really fun and good value (all you can eat) chinese buffet. Fantastic range of food (including desserts, fruit etc) and good bar. Huge place, but lively and efficient staff, big tables. Ideal for a large crowd and fast eating.

As outlet shopping (expensive fashion brands etc) goes this is good. As well as good shopping (favs are Fat Face, White Stuff, Austin Reed) the seaside location is lovely and there’s lots of OK chain restaurants (Tiger Tiger, Strada, HaHa etc) and bars (including Jongleurs). Great for people watching of an evening (Stag and Hen nights seem to be there most weekends). Transport links superb with Portsmouth Harbour Station and the Hard bus station within staggering distance.

Tiny venue. Great acts. Get there early to get a decent place or you’ll get squashed!
