Broomfield is a multipurpose park situated in Cumnock. Used by various local football and rugby teams along with Cumnock Academy. There is a running track and long jump set up and several sets of football and rugby posts waiting to be utilised. There is also a make shift dirt track for bikes and a river walk that joins Cumnock and neighbouring Auchinleck. Nice place to go for a stroll but it does go behind the sewage plant so be extra careful people don't think you smell after a walk past that.

The Marmaris Best Kebab and Pizza house in Cumnock is a friendly fast food takeaway shop. It is a Turkish family owned shop and are not like other foreign restaurants where there can be a language gap, and will have your food ready to go in minutes. They also provide a fast home delivery service with a small added charge. Personally, I've found there's no pizza like one from this shop, coming from a person who loves his pizza and has been plenty of places in Glasgow where the prices are high, but promise is low. They have the basic fast food menu consisting of Pizza's, burger's, chips, kebabs and donner meat, however, they do have their own little twists in the preparation of some of their food giving it that extra bit of taste. These guys notice and appreciate their regular customers and are the latest open at the weekends for those finished with the local night life. It's simply comfort food, after coming back a holiday and there's no food left in the house, the Marmaris is exactly what you'll be looking for. It's the best choice for fast food in Cumnock.
