Good food, well cooked, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Good steaks, fish dishes and pizza, great beer. This place is right next to the beach and has a fantastic view. You can plop stones into the "Foerde" while waiting for your order. Watch boat traffic go by, at night you can see the lights at the entrance of the Kiel Canal opposite across the water winking. And if one of the massive passenger ferries from Kiel leaves the harbour to go out to sea, when it floats past in the dark it's like a whole appartment block on the move.
If you are on holiday in the area, this is a good place to cycle to.
Take your wife here and tell her how much you love her.
