cheap and cheerful - a bikini get cheerful wax don’t here!

You get what you pay for…

This place is cheaper than most, but it’s also a bit grubby and the quality of service is not good. Don’t go here for a bikini wax unless you’re really broke and prepared to take a risk/have bruising and instant regrowth.

The girl who waxed me stood and watched while i got undressed and used the wipes, which is a little disconcerting as usually the therapists leave the room for this bit, and offer you some paper pants. they’re not good on etiquette here. She didn’t ask me to part my legs, just slapped on loads of wax in a very big area, and started to pull it off in strips. She kept on failing to get it off in one go, losing her grip halfway through, which was very painful. After this happened a few times, I asked her to stop, and left.

To their credit, they refused to take payment (I had offered to pay because I didn’t want an argument).
