I love this store for more than one reasons. It’s over 2 floors and offers a variety of books, DVD’s, stationery, music and so much more. I’ve always loved the chain of stores and tend to go and look if I want some nice wrapping paper. It offers a really good craft section too.

I love staionery and being a student, the stationery box is always really good value for whatever you need whether it’s a highlighter, or some paper. The staff are always happy to help and there is always a discount for students and some offers as well. I really enjoy going in and having a look although sometimes I have to leave before I buy loads of things.

This store is such a bargain. It offers everything at 99p, and sometimes you even get more than one thing for 99p. There are so many amazing sorts of things you can pick up from here. Things for the home, toiletries, kids toys, cleaning products, batteries, sweets etc. It’s amazing!

Ah, argos! You have to love that store. It has a great catalogue and an online service to go with it that you can reserve to pick up items in store. They offer so many different types of products for the home and for individual people. It’s always good value and I find that the staff are always eager to help. They offer products at competitive prices and offer good named brands so you know that you are paying for what you are getting.

I think clinton’s offers a very good range of cards whether it be for birthday’s,engagements,sympathy etc. It also offers a good variety of presents including ranges such as 'Me to you’ which is always nice to look at, as the bears are really cute(although the men might not feel the same way).

I do think there is a great variety, however I think some of the cards can be overpriced sometimes and I think that if you are looking for a cheaper card, there are better shops out there but nevertheless it’s still a great shop to go in.

HMV is a great shop for music and film lovers. It sells a lot of different types of musical genres, games and movies and always seems to have a lot of stock in so invariably you will tend to find what you want, and if not, you can always ask the staff who also always seem happy to help.

It’s quite a dark shop, and the only thing that I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t seem to do signings for bands, and if it does it doesn’t put up a notice in time enough for you to actually get into it and go and see/hear whoever it is.

This woolworths is just like it always has been. It’s great for games, childrens stuff, sweet and other household items. It is a big store so probably stocks more than some others would. It always seems to have offers on it’s music and dvd’s. As a child I used to love their pik’n’mix section, and still do now. The sweets are great value and they always have offers especially at this time of the year.

I love borders, it’s quite a big shop at the arena park and has a great variety of books. Inside it has a starbucks as well as a paperchase so always has something different to do. I don’t find it as expensive as places like waterstones, it is quite out of the way if you don’t have a car but is also accessible by bus. I really like the way you can pick up a book, buy it and then go for a coffee. I always go in if I’m by the retail park! :)

I love this tesco, whenever I have the chance to go, I do. I used to live a walk away from it but not sadly live further away. I absolutely love the arena, it’s amazing! The tesco itself is HUGE and has a number of shops inside the shop itself such as game, a library, some cafe’s, a phone shop etc. It is amazing and offers a lovely range of clothes, food, electronics, music, flowers, books… I could go on! Love it!

The shop itself from the outside does look quite worn down but when you go inside it still looks fresh and modern. It has a really nice range of clothes, I especially like the per una range. I used to have M&S when I was a child, thinking it was just for older people when really it isn’t! They have a very good range of clothes and lovely nightwear too. I really like the food in there, that has to be my favourite part, haha! I love the offers they have and also going to buy the mini flapjack bites they have as a treat to myself! Yumm!
