Hotel Barceló Valencia

The Hotel is a verry modern one. It directly on the opposite of the Park of Art and Sience. With several Buses you could visit the centre and the Beach in ten Minutes.

The entrance is brightly and friendly. The Stuff is also verry friendly and cooperativly.

The cleaning personal was nice and has done there work good. We had nothing to complain to. Only a few minutes away was a supermarket where you could buy something to drink or something else.

The room is nice. You've got a desk, minibar, shower, two basins, closet and a safe. The only strange things are that the door to the toilet is opening themself. You have to hold it close while you are on the toilet.
The windows couldn't get open. But you have a climakontrol which you could use easily.

Breakfast was in Buffetform. They had diffrent types to eat.. from typical things of Spain, over international things to fresh fruits are many things. We booked the hotel seperatly and could say it was one of the cheapest we found.. and it was every penny werth.

The costs from the city to the Hotel via Taxi costs round about 6 €. From the airport between 25- 40 €. Depends on the Taxi driver.

If you stay in Valencia the Hotel is the right choice if you are with friends, partner or so. I wouldn't advise it for families with younger children. There is nothing to entertain your children.

The hotel is very modern. Interior design with dark tiles, glass walls and modern finishes is close to A-Loft or W-Hotel. It is located directly at the Aquarium and pretty central. Good breakfast, gym and pool. Altogether - compare to other hotels in Valencia - very good standard and value.
