Considering your first few points I’m surprised you went back at all. I’ve had a similar experience in the past and unfortunately it’s always a gamble - for us not lucky enough to have huge amounts to spend at a Londno hair dresser’s nor with a friend in the beauty industry we have to often have these experiences. But I do understand that for the amount we are paying, it doesn’t often come with the customer service we might hope for, but they know there will always be people to take our places and so don’t need to. There are other places to try otherwise you’ll just have to save up and treat yourself.
