Definitely a great place to visit. Good wine, great setting (wine cellar), and full of history. As a Londoner, it’s definitely one of my favorite places to visit. Good place to take a girl on a date.
Careful, though. It definitely has a tendancy to get crowded, especially on the weekends. There is outside seating, though, so you can rely on that in warmer weather. Also, it does close at 10:30 which I find a bit early.

Gordon’s Wine Bar - this place is an institution. I was last there about 10 years ago and have a dim memory of a fog of smoke (one could in those days!) and much wine having been drunk!
