Fantastic rooms with ultra luxurious quilts and coverings, even more impressive bathrooms but bejeez the staff have a real stick up their @**! One of them refused to print out a receipt for my visit and another warned me I was not allowed to bring food back into the hotel when there was no suggestion that was about to happen. Bit odd really. 4 Star hotel but staff definitely 1 star.
