I made the mistake of going first to the beginners session and found myself surrounded by ten year olds, which is never good for the ego. It’s not too cheap either (£5 for beginners £7 for advanced) and the equipment isn’t much. Having said that, the coaching itself is actually pretty useful, so I go about once a month here and elsewhere otherwise.
