I personally am a heavy Twitter user. I believe Twitter to be the future of online communication and am convinced it will create new ways of communicating with our friends, family and colleagues. Right now though, it’s still a bit confusing for non-geeks. My recommendation to understand it is to simply use it. It takes a while to get up to speed on the intricacies of the service and you have to build up your network on there to really take advantage of it.
