I got a very nice reception at this travel agency, there were lots of agents on hand, who were welcoming and extremely helpful. The girl who served me found out loads of information I needed to know and gave me lots of relevant information I didn't know about in relation to my travel queries. She also offered to call me back in a few days to see how I was getting on in my ticket search, and was great about checking different prices and details on different flights. And printed off stuff for me. Great.
