The Filmhouse is a cinema for serious arthouse lovers but does show some of the more mainstream films too. I go mainly for the cafe/bar which serves really good food. The menu is always really interesting and it can be pretty hard to decide what to order. The cinema loses a few points for me as it doesnt sell popcorn but the cafe/bar is particularly good and is worth a visit just to sample their menu, then you'll keep going back. Keep in mind the cafe/bar gets really busy just before a film goes in.
